How much is shipping?:

We offer free shipping on all orders within EU. 

Transit time:

Eu orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 1-3 weeks.

 

International Orders:

How much is shipping?:

50€

If order weight exceeds 10kg we add 50€/per every extra 10kg(22lbs).

Transit time:

International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 2-4 weeks, depending on your location. When international orders reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

 

FAQ:

When will I receive a tracking number?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed, once shipped, you'll automatically receive a tracking number to the email you entered for your order.

Will I need to pay duties and/or taxes?
For international orders outside of the EU, import duties and taxes may apply, you will be responsible for paying any applicable duties or tax charges.

What if my package is missing or stolen?
If you've already checked your tracking, please first try to contact the courier that shipped your order was shipped with along with your tracking number, and they will help you investigate and locate your package. If they're unable to assist, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

What if my package is damaged?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please email us at  info@alve-design.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and attach a photo of the product.
